Payment Methods

On our website, Sister's accepts any major credit card for purchases $1.00 or more. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase anything on our website, and must be the cardholder, or have the cardholders permission to make an order.

Shipping Rate

Shipping rates fluctuate depending on amount spent. Standard Shipping(All states with the exceptions of ILLINOIS, ALASKA, AND HAWAII) are a flat rate fee of $6.95

Illinois residents: Shipping is the same flat rate fee of $6.95, but Illinois TAX is included

Same day Delivery(CHICAGO-LAND AREA ONLY) - People's in Chicago, or neighboring suburbs(upon arproval of address) can receive SAME DAY Delivery by a person of Sister's Skin Care & Waxing.

Changing and Order

To change an orde, please contact us at 312-943-8800 with the reason you are calling, and you will be directed and/or will process your order correctly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be applied to Illinois residents. The order will not process the tax automatically, untill you choose your shipping method. ALL Illinois residents, choose ILLINOIS STANDARD SHIPPING. Taxes will be applied.

Return Policy

ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Due to the nature of our products, once products are open, for your security and others we will not return or exchange. ALL PRODUCTS ARE CHECKED BEFORE BEING SENT OUT.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled, as long as they have not been processed. However, if your order has been processed, you may proceed to cancel for a Process Fee.
